The Company does not have the authority to determine the acceptance, rejection, or payout amount of any insurance claim. All such decisions are solely at the discretion of the insurance provider underwriting the policy.

The Company does not collect premium payments on behalf of insurance companies. All premiums related to any type or line of insurance must be paid directly by customers to the respective insurance companies.

Discounts and prices are offered directly by the Insurance Company as per their approved insurance products regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE.

We are not responsible for any additional services or discounts offered by third parties associated with the service you have taken throughout your insurance policy journey.

Nova Hello Health is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or any issues arising from the use of third-party discounts, and does not guarantee the availability, validity, or redemption of any discount.

Discounts are available only to customers who meet the eligibility criteria as specified by the respective insurer. Eligibility may be subject to certain terms and conditions.

The Company, any other party involved in creating, producing, maintaining, or delivering the platform, and any of the Company's group companies and their officers, directors, employees, shareholders, or agents, exclude all liability for any loss or damage that may result to you or a third party.

This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, or use of money arising from or connected to your use of this platform.

Employees, partners, and associated staff of Nova Hello Health are not accountable for any loss, harm, or damage that occurs or may arise from the usage of information from the platform. Customers are advised to use their own discretion in such matters.

It is important to understand that insurance is a subject matter of solicitation and market risks. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand the limitations of insurance policies and the risks involved.

It is a mutual understanding between us and the customers that their association with the platform will be at the customer's sole discretion and risk.

This platform operates in accordance with UAE regulations but does not replace official insurer documentation, policy wordings, or certificates of insurance.

This platform will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to jurisdictions or persons subject to national or international sanctions programs, including without limitation jurisdictions or persons prohibited by the United Nations and Local Terrorist List as mentioned under the Anti Money Laundering guidelines applicable in the UAE.
