Nova Hello Health provides insurance quotations and comparison services. We are not an insurance provider and do not issue insurance policies directly.

On this platform, the Company provides users with access to insurance-related products and services. By making use of this platform and furnishing your personal and contact details, you hereby agree that you are interested in availing and purchasing the services you have selected.

You hereby agree that the Company may contact you either electronically or through phone to understand your interest in the selected products and services, and to fulfil your demand.

In consideration of your use of the platform, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of UAE or other applicable jurisdiction.

You will only use the platform for legitimate purposes, for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally authorised to act.

You may not misuse the platform including, without limitation, by hacking, introducing viruses, or attempting any form of unauthorised access.

You agree not to use this platform or its contents for any commercial purpose, or make any speculative, false, or fraudulent transaction.

You agree not to access, monitor, or copy any content or information of this platform using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means without our express written permission.

The Company shall fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing the Company to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting material in breach of these terms.

All quotations generated on this platform are estimates only, based on the data provided by you, and do not constitute an insurance contract.

Quotes are subject to change and are non-binding. Final premiums are subject to insurer approval and underwriting.

The Company does not have the authority to determine the acceptance, rejection, or payout amount of any insurance claim. All such decisions are solely at the discretion of the insurance provider underwriting the policy.

The Company does not collect premium payments on behalf of insurance companies. All premiums related to any type or line of insurance must be paid directly by customers to the respective insurance companies.

Claims are settled directly between the customer and the respective Insurance Company. Nova Hello Health acts only as a facilitator between the customer and the insurance company.

Discounts and prices are offered directly by the Insurance Company as per their approved insurance products. Nova Hello Health is not responsible for any additional services or discounts offered by third parties.

If you make a payment for products or services on our platform, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.

Nova Hello Health will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any United Nations and Local Terrorist List sanctions countries in accordance with the Anti Money Laundering laws of UAE.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you consent to data processing and to receive communications including marketing from the Company and its affiliates through email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

You agree that this consent would override your registration towards Do Not Connect Register provided to Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).

A single checkbox during registration constitutes unified consent for these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and marketing communications.

By agreeing to these Terms, you provide a formal mandate to Nova Hello Health to represent you to the insurer and communicate the grant of cover, subject to the insurer's policies and applicable laws. Such mandate shall be valid for a period of 18 months unless otherwise agreed.

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on the platform (including photographs and graphical images) are owned by Nova Hello Health or its licensors.

Any use of extracts from the platform for any commercial purpose is prohibited.

You agree not to frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate any part of this platform into any other website without our express written permission.

Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

The platform has been provided for informational purposes only. The content of this platform is not intended to constitute and should not be construed as investment and/or financial advice.

The Company, any other party involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering the platform, and any of the Company's group companies and their officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party.

This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption.

If your use of material on the platform results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you assume all costs thereof.

This platform will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to jurisdictions or persons subject to national or international sanctions programs.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates Courts.
